Manish Kr Jaiswal is a Hotel Management graduate & has done PG in General Management from IIM, Ranchi.
He worked for about 8 years in Hospitality industry, he was part of preopening team of The Pride Hotel in Ahmedabad where he was instrumental in setting up F&B department for the hotel & has also worked in Pune with hotels like The Pride Hotel & Sun n Sand, before joining IT/ITES companies
His First corporate exposure was Hutchison Global services (3G) in the year 2008, then he worked with Tech Mahindra Business Services LTD. , Capita & ADP in Pune, He was campus lead for Microsoft Camps, Hyderabad for about a year before relocating back to Pune in 2018 & joined eClerx services LTD. where he is heading Administration / Facilities / Transport / Security & Real-estate portfolio, he also manages Coimbatore delivery center of eClerx.

Santosh Laxman Budhe is Director – Facilities, Procurement & Travel (India) at Expleo Solutions Ltd.
Santosh has worked at leadership levels in Corporate Services, Administration, Facilities, Real Estate, Procurement, Import-Export, Government Liasioning, Compliance & Commercial Operations. In the past, he has worked for KPIT Technologies Ltd, Speciality Chemicals & Work Culture. He is an FM/RE industry expert and has rich work experience of total 30+ years out of which he has worked for 26 years with KPIT and 2+ years with Expleo now.
Santosh is Masters in Commerce specializing in Business Administration from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce, University of Pune. He is a founder moderator for a group “Facilitators@Pune” started in 2009 with 4 FMs and having 500+ Facility Managers today helping each other in all situations.
He is Honorary Board Member of iNFHRA an industry body & member-based organization representing Infrastructure, Facility Management, Human Resource & Realty Industry. He has hosted events, excellence award functions for INFHRA. Has been a panel member for discussions, Jury for Annual Excellence Awards, Mentor etc. He is also associated with SEAPS, CE Worldwide, CREDTECH, FMCG etc.

Nachiket Anavekar is Global Head: Facilities, Real Estate & Administration (FMRE) at Tata Technologies Ltd,. He is an FM/RE industry expert and is a Certified Facility Management professional (CFM®) through International Facility Management Association. Before joining TTL he was heading APAC & China Corporate Real Estate, Facilities and Fleet Management function at Syngenta Corp, Nachiket was instrumental in setting up their facilities function, office expansions, led footprint optimization projects, implemented Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services, formulated Activity Based Working (ABW) workplace solutions, designed Future of Work (FoW) concepts and managed a fleet size of 2000+. He has led various sites in the global footprint, along with more recent leadership in Fleet services, with his leadership team of country managers and their extended organization. Prior to Syngenta, Nachiket worked with Dell Inc. for 12+ years and led facilities, fit out projects and M&A activities, etc. He is an avid traveler and is passionate about his visual food blog.
