Unmesh Bhathija is the Vice President of HIA since Aug 2022. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Websym Technologies and Websym Solutions and has been responsible for strategizing the operations of both the companies. In his 32-year career, he has held positions in project management and engineering at IBM, Mindcraft, TCS and Logical Devices. He also manages the administration, equity investments and finances of Websym. Unmesh has a proven track record in aspects of manpower management and delivery of large-scale projects as also in maintaining of strategic alliances across a wide overseas customer base. He has been a visiting faculty at SCMHRD and is currently a fund manager for a private fund that has AUM in excess of 3 million USD Unmesh holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from COEP and a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

Lt col Yogesh Joshi (Retd) has been associated with HIA since 2010. As part of the Safety and Security Committee, he has played an active part in spearheading various Security related projects in the IT Park in close coordination with the Law Enforcement Authorities. He has also been on the fore front in sharing various security related inputs impacting the employees commute with the member companies. During the Pandemic Lockdown, he has actively facilitated issuance of vehicle passes for the companies for asset delivery- to employees. He has been working along with the traffic Department to ensure minimum congestion in the IT park. He has served in the Army for 20 years and was Security Head for Infosys, Pune for 11 years before joining Wipro as Director and Location Security Head.

Adhiraj heads the Facilities, Procurement, Real Estate & Admin, Transportation and Travel functions at Harbinger Group, Pune. He is a dynamic, result oriented professional with over 22+ years of rich experience in Corporate Services, Commercial Operations, Administration and Facilities Management, Business continuity planning (BCP) and DR, Travel Management, Employee benefits and welfare critical for growth of an organization. He is associated with HIA Since last 4 years. Apart from being a member of the Transport Operations Committee, hehas also taken on the important role of Member of the Managing Committee since Sep 2020.

Nachiket Anavekar is Global Head: Facilities, Real Estate & Administration (FMRE) at Tata Technologies Ltd,. He is an FM/RE industry expert and is a Certified Facility Management professional (CFM®) through International Facility Management Association. Before joining TTL he was heading APAC & China Corporate Real Estate, Facilities and Fleet Management function at Syngenta Corp, Nachiket was instrumental in setting up their facilities function, office expansions, led footprint optimization projects, implemented Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services, formulated Activity Based Working (ABW) workplace solutions, designed Future of Work (FoW) concepts and managed a fleet size of 2000+. He has led various sites in the global footprint, along with more recent leadership in Fleet services, with his leadership team of country managers and their extended organization. Prior to Syngenta, Nachiket worked with Dell Inc. for 12+ years and led facilities, fit out projects and M&A activities, etc. He is an avid traveler and is passionate about his visual food blog.

A people’s person, she is passionate about the service industry. With nearly two decades of corporate experience, her core area of expertise is in relationship management with stakeholders, creating sustainable business plans, driving numbers, and empowering teams to achieve and grow. She works in the Leadership development team of Cognizant and prior to that she spent 14 yrs. leading sales and marketing initiatives with five-star hotel brands like Marriott, IHG and Hyatt. She is a commerce graduate with master’s in marketing from the Pune University and a postgraduate diploma in HR from Symbiosis Pune. She is also a certified independent director from the Indian Institute of Corporate affairs.

Col Charanjeet S. Bhogal (Retd) is an outstanding leader and an accomplished professional with a rich experience of 36 years behind him. As COO of the Hinjawadi Industries Association since Aug 2014, he has been instrumental in establishing a rock- solid foundation and helped HIA grow into highly effective association with close to 95 members today and still growing. He is closely involved in all initiatives of HIA and provides timely guidance to the sub committees. He has been instrumental in establishing a partnership with the local, state and central Govt authorities to facilitate the development and smooth running of the RGIP, Hinjawadi. He continues to helm the Association as COO and assists the Managing Committee in running the affairs of the association.
